Le Fitou

Le Fitou comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is furnished to a high standard.

It features a private front entrance leading into a welcoming foyer, which opens onto a spacious living room with exposed beams and two large windows overlooking the courtyard. The house offers full Wi-Fi coverage, cable TV, a CD player, and a small library of books for your enjoyment.

Off the living room is a separate laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and a WC.

Also adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. A glass door lets in plenty of natural light and opens directly onto your private patio, pool, and garden area.

Next to the living room, a separate dining room with a large window overlooking the patio provides a cozy space for meals, and houses the staircase to the upper floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a large window with views of the pool and walled garden, along with an en suite bathroom. There are also two twin bedrooms, both with windows facing the courtyard, and a spacious shared bathroom.

Le Fitou is tiled throughout the ground floor. All windows are fitted with curtains and shutters, and the property is equipped with heating for the cooler months. Bed linen and towels are included, and special beach towels can be provided upon request.

Your private patio includes both shaded and sun-drenched areas, furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers with cushions, parasols, and a BBQ. Pool toys and floats are also available for your use.

Beyond your private patio, the entire garden and poolside area is also yours to enjoy. The large swimming pool, measuring 5 x 11 meters (17 x 36 feet), is set within a beautiful walled and landscaped Provençal garden.

The pool is exclusively reserved for guests, while the garden is only partially shared with us — Véronique & Jean-Luc.
