La Fleurie

Constructed from the old barn, La Fleurie offers spacious two-story accommodation with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 guests, and furnished to a high standard.

Shuttered French doors open from the courtyard into a stunning and spacious salon with soaring ceilings, showcasing the barn’s original 200-year-old stone wall. A side staircase leads to a gallery walkway that separates the two upstairs twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower, WC, and basin. Velux windows in the old tiled roof, along with newly installed large windows, provide views over the courtyard.

On the ground floor, off the living area, is the master bedroom with a double bed, shuttered window, and en suite bathroom with shower/bath, WC, and basin.

The central living space is equipped with comfortable furniture and cable TV with free-to-view UK channels. Full Wi-Fi access is also provided.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with table and chairs. A few steps away, the fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven and hob, toaster, coffee machine, and more. Shuttered windows and French doors open onto your private patio and pool area.

The pool measures 4 by 8 meters (13 x 26 feet) and is set within a landscaped enclosed courtyard (a regulation safety fence is available if needed). The area includes tables, chairs, a BBQ, comfortable sun loungers with cushions, parasols, and a selection of pool toys and floats.

To ensure your privacy, pool and garden maintenance is arranged in advance with guests.

La Fleurie is fully tiled throughout, and guests can park within the gated courtyard.

Bed linen and towels are included, and special beach towels can also be provided on request.
