LE FITOU

Attached to Le Maison de Vigneron, LE FITOU was converted from the original Wine Cave.
This accommodation comfortably sleeps 6 and is furnished to a high standard. It has its own private landscaped front entrance which opens into a foyer, which leads into the spacious beamed living room with two large windows overlooking the Cour. There is Cable TV and a CD Player. Off the living room is a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine and toilet. Also off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The glass kitchen door allows in plenty of light as well as leading you out to your private patio and the pool area. Adjoining the living room is a separate dining room with large window overlooking your patio, and the stairs leading to the upper floor. The master bedroom has a large window overlooking the pool and walled garden; the master bedroom is en suite. There are two twin bedrooms, both with windows overlooking the Cour, and a large shared bathroom.

LE FITOU is tiled throughout the ground floor, has parking facilities on the property with a gate, the windows have curtains and shutters, and is equipped with central heating for chillier months.

The Pool and Gardens

There is a patio area for your private use, partly covered for shelter, if desired, from the hot sun. There are tables and chairs, a BBQ, sun beds with comfortable cushions, parasols, and a small herb garden for your private use. Besides your private patio, the entire garden and pool patio surround is also for your use. There are also pool toys and floats.

The swimming pool is a large 5 metre x 11 metre (17 feet x 36 feet), equipped with a regulation pool alarm, and set into a beautiful walled & landscaped provincial garden. The pool & garden are a shared space with the friendly owners who live next door. The owners have a totally separate patio area screened from Le Fitou, but will be seen gardening and maintaining the pool. We usually try to do this early in the morning or when you have gone off for the day! As far as swimming and sunbathing go, the same applies…. we tend to use the facilities when you are off doing other things!
